BRITISH NATIONAL CURRICULUM


CDOIC offers an international version of the rigorous and comprehensive British National Curriculum, which is the standard preparation course for the IGCSE and A-Level exams. Excluding Chinese Language class, all classes at CDOIC are delivered in English by certified and experienced teachers who speak English as their first language. This ensures that students are receiving a truly international education and learning subject-specific English vocabulary. All graduates are fluent in English and Chinese after this truly multicultural experience.



Oxford International College team of experts provides regular counseling and guidance for each student throughout the application process. Oxford International College and BE Education provide customised consulting services including selecting potential universities, interview preparation, and creating a study plan based on the unique needs of each student to further increase the student’s chances of receiving an acceptance offer from their top university choices. To date, Oxford International College of China’s graduates have all attended overseas universities in the UK Top 10 or World Top 40.



OUR APPROACH TO EDUCATION


Unlike traditional schools who focus only on students’ academic performance, CDOIC actively supports students in their overall development. In the boarding house, our experienced supervisors care for students’ life and growth. In school, we group students of the same age together with assigned tutors. The tutors supervise students in various situations in their everyday life and study; they also act as the key point of home-school communication and are responsible for students’ academic, physical, and mental well-being.




Finally, we provide a diverse range of extracurricular activities to help students improve their health physically and mentally. Through holistic education, students from Oxford International College are more prepared for success in their future study and life. This wide range of extracurriculars, or ECAs as they are known, allows students to find something they truly enjoy and helps them experience the relationship between hard work and rewards.
